Melerick Mitchell
Founder
Melerick is known for both crafting the requisite vision to achieve business goals and his ability to inspire the next generation to pursue STEM careers.
In 2009, Melerick founded Drive Influence to serve global executives and organizations looking to accelerate both performance levels and business acumen. Before launching Drive Influence, Melerick worked for nearly ten years at Microsoft in various leadership roles that included systems analyst, program manager and talent development consultant.
Mel is passionate about serving his community and has served on several non-proο¬t boards in Dallas, Seattle, Tucson, and Las Vegas. In 2014-15 he served as the National Professionals Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers.
Mario Pipkin
Founder
Mario is a visual artist, entrepreneur, engineer, certified life coach, business leader, family man, motivational speaker, AND cancer survivor. He would like to call himself a chef, but he likes to put ketchup on almost everything.
βββHe has had a long career in the technology field working in a range of roles on his way to becoming an executive at Microsoft where he was responsible for leading worldwide organizations. Along the way, Mario built business units, groomed leaders, and earned technology patents while earning performance awards and numerous leadership accolades.
Mario’s unwavering passion for helping teams and individuals succeed led him to become a highly sought-after mentor for professionals of all levels. Today, Mario is a certified coach looking to help as many people as possible by sharing lessons and finding new ways to achieve success.
